Following a takeover from a former consultant - “One of my prior concerns was that not a lot was done with the quality system, I believe your approach was much more professional, you were much better organised and made a thorough review of our standards to ensure compliance with requirements in the standard, along with reflecting our ways of working. There had been an awful lot of boilerplate copied and pasted into our procedures which did not reflect reality.”

I would like to express our thanks in sitting in with us for the Management Review earlier today. You may not think that it was of any particular value, but for us it was great, giving us an element of certainty in some of the decision making for various topics, and hopefully we look forward to a similar meeting next year in better Global Circumstances.
